I review how jobs, invoices and payments move through your job or CRM system and your accounting file, using read-only access, and send a written list of what I found, where I’d look first and a fixed quote for any build. The fee is the same whether or not you go ahead.

Who you would be working with.
Working on trades back-office and ServiceM8 systems since December 2021. An Australian ServiceM8 and Jobber specialist, based in Melbourne and on your time zone.
My background before that was software sales consulting: helping businesses choose a system that fits how they work and get their team using it.
Now I do the hands-on side for trades businesses. Every job has a fixed scope agreed in writing, is tested on real jobs before go-live, and is handed over with notes, so you are never stuck with something only I understand.
